Straight air caliper disc brake for packing machine
DBG Straight air caliper disc brake is a kind of friction type brake, it is easy installation and assemble. Fix this brake on the worktable or frame by two screws is ok. This brake is driven by air pressure, when inputting air pressure, brake braked and clamped braking flange; after exhausting air pressure, air brake released, braking plate rotating again.
This vertical installation caliper disc brake with different size of cylinder, so their produce braking force is different. Like the DBG103 and DBG203 two models of brakes, they are equiped with 3" cylinder head, DBG104 and DBG204 brakes with 4" cylinder head, while DBG105 and DBG205 pneumatic brakes with 5" cylinder. The cylinder head size larger, it transmit braking force is larger, too.
DBG straight air applied caliper disc brake is extensive applied for various kinds of working machines, such as packaging and printing machine, rubber tire machine, wire machinery, paper making machinery, stretch-wire machinery, stranding machine, rewinding and unwinding machine, trimming shears machine, orientation machine, tension controller and other industrial machines.
