Air caliper disc brake DBF manufacture
Air caliper disc brake DBF is a small size friction type brake. Its bottom is stationary, can be installed in different ways. Although its size is small, but it is very flexible, it can be install certain pieces of brakes on a disc, then torque also can be enlarge along with it in certain time.
It is widely applied in rubber tire machine, flexo machine, wire winch machine, wire and cable machine, packing machine, printing machine and etc.
This kind of caliper disc brake is used to clamp the braking disc. As usually the braking disc is more than 220mm. Braking disc diameter larger, then it braking torque is larger, too. There are three models of it: DBF-8, DBF-10, DBF-15, suitable braking disc thickness is 8mm, 10mm and 15mm in separately.
