Spring-applied air release pneumatic tooth brake
CBM pneumatic tooth brake is spring applied air release brake. When there is no air pressure input, brake braked, after supplying air pressure, brake released.
Normally, braking springs compressed, two ends of tooth combined, brake braked. After supplying air pressure, piston moves back to compress braking springs, piston end tooth and hollow shaft tube end tooth are separated, brake released. After exhausting air pressure, piston end tooth and hollow shaft tube end tooth compressed again by braking springs, brake braked.
This spring applied air release pneumatic tooth brake with compressed small size, while delivery high torque.There are some models of it: CBM-10, CBM-20, CBM-40, CBM-60, CBM-120, CBM-200, CBM-400.
