Description:
The transducer converts the ultrasonic frequency voltage from the generator into ultrasonic mechanical vibration of the same frequency by an inverse piezoelectric effect. It consists of a number of piezoceramic sheets sandwiched between two metal (usually titanium) blocks. A thin metal plate is formed between the sheet and the sheet to form an electrode. When a sinusoidal electrical signal is supplied to the transducer via the electrodes, the piezoelectric sheet expands and contracts, producing an axial peak-to-peak motion of 15-201 xm. The transducer is a precision device and should be handled with care.

Ultrasonic technology:
The principle of ultrasonic metal welding is a special method of connecting the same metal or dissimilar metal by using the mechanical vibration energy of ultrasonic frequency (over 16KHz). When the metal is ultrasonically welded, neither the current is supplied to the workpiece nor the high-temperature heat source is applied to the workpiece, but the vibration energy of the frame is transformed into frictional work, deformation energy and limited temperature rise between the workpieces under static pressure. The metallurgical bond between the joints is a solid state welding realized without the base material melting. Therefore, it effectively overcomes the phenomenon of spatter and oxidation generated during resistance welding. Ultrasonic metal welding machine can perform single point welding, multi-point welding and short strip welding on filament or sheet material of non-ferrous metals such as copper, silver, aluminum and nickel. Can be widely used in thyristor leads, fuse sheets, electrical leads, lithium battery pole pieces, pole welding.
