Automatic small bottle filling and capping machine for household and daily chemical products

INNOPKG newly designed fully automatic lotion and cream filling production line; such production line is

controlled by PLC system.

The whole line includes: bottle feeding, filling, cap feeding, stoppering and capping. It is widely used for

firming toner, cream, lotion, shampoo, detergent materials. 

Based on users’ local condition and product, INNOPKG will design the best workable line.

Working Process:

Bottle feeding→Filling → inner cap feeding/pressing→cap feeding and capping→labeling

Features

l   Apply to fill liquid, toner, cream, lotion, shampoo, detergent and other materials

l  Adopts servo system to control the filling volume and accuracy and speed

l  Adopts servo control system to control the capping torque and speed

l  Adopts two pieces of silicon-lined gripping jaws to avoid the bottle slip and damage

l  Use PU belt conveyor for easier cleaning.

l  Adopts photoelectric to control the absence of bottles.

l  Main Frame and cover material: SUS304, Product contact surface material: SUS316L
