Hygiene:
Aseptic capper is always in a hygienic design and meets even the most difficult hygiene requirements.
− All drives are outside the isolator.
− A liquid seal system seals all of the capper carrousel's rotational movements.
− The movements of the capping head are sealed with bellows.
− Depending on the type of cap, a chuck-cone capper or a gripping-head capper are used.

New generate center liquid material dispenser

1.The new-generation central liquid inlet distributor isolates the material pipeline and the CIP return pipeline through three rotating seals. Unless all three seals fail, the material will not communicate with the CIP return pipeline, which greatly increases the reliability of the distributor.
2.The sealing form of the new-generation central liquid inlet dispenser has been changed to a specially customized rotary seal. The material is polytetrafluoroethylene with carbon fiber, which is acid and alkali resistant, high temperature resistant and wear-resistant.The mating parts of the central shaft and the rotating seal are all made of ceramic-plated surface technology to reduce the surface roughness and extend the service life of the rotating seal.
3.The new-generation central liquid inlet distributor has improved the steam barrier system. The new steam barrier pipeline runs through the entire central liquid inlet from top to bottom, heating and sterilizing the entire central liquid inlet to ensure the continuity of the equipment's sterility.
4.The lubrication system of the bearings of the new-generation central inlet distributor has been changed to high-temperature water lubrication without oil lubrication.Reduces the probability of the material being contaminated.

The air supply part of the FFU is equipped with an air heat exchanger, with steam to heat and sterilize the clean air in the filling chamber. It can not only effectively reduce the heating time of the host during sterilization, but also effectively sterilize the high-efficiency filter (dry filter) and extend the service life of the filter.
