Double head automatic piston type liquid filling machine is improved on the basis of original filling machine series, and some additional functions are added. The machine has two synchronous filling heads, filling materials quickly and accurately. Material contact parts are made of 316L stainless steel. Using Korean optical eye device, Taiwan PLC and French electrical components. Convenient adjustment, no bottle and no filling, accurate filling quantity and counting function. It adopts anti-drip and wire-drawing filling system, anti-high-foam filling lifting system, positioning system to ensure the positioning of bottle mouth and liquid level control system.
New horizontal design, lightweight and convenient, automatic extraction, for thick paste can be added.
Switch between manual and automatic: when the machine is in the "automatic" state, the machine automatically fills continuously according to the set speed. When the machine is in the "manual" state, the operator presses the pedal to realize filling. If the pedal is kept on, it will also turn into the state of automatic continuous filling. Anti-drip filling system: the cylinder moves up and down during filling to drive the cylinder. The material cylinder and tee are connected with handcuffs, without any special tools.
Choose the best accessories, put the inlet tube in the cleaning liquid to fill several times until the cleaning is finished. This series of filling machine is plunger filling machine, self-suction filling, the material is driven by the cylinder piston to extract the material into the measuring cylinder body, then the pneumatic push the piston through the material tube into the container, the filling quantity is determined by adjusting the cylinder stroke.
Needle filling head
Suitable for small caliber bottle and hose packing products filling. The diameter and length of the needle can be customized according to the specific size of the container.
Ball valve control system
Suitable for materials with different viscosity and containing particles, and can solve various pressure problems caused by high and high pressure feeding.
hopper
It is suggested to configure the products with high viscosity in order to achieve better filling effect.
