Introduction
The wind sweeping coal mill is also called coal mill. it is used for grinding and drying various hardness coal equipment. mainly used for grinding fly ash. lignite. coal. coal powder. coal gangue and other raw materials. It is mainly composed of feeding device. main bearing. rotating part. transmission device. feeding and discharging device. high-pressure starting device and lubricating system. widely used in cement building materials. thermal power generation. metallurgy industry. chemical industry. etc.
Working principle
Raw coal by feeding equipment into the wind swept coal mill feeding device. the temperature about 300 ℃ hot air through into the duct into the feeding device. drying chamber of feed plate will raise the raw coal. makes the raw coal in the intense heat and drying. drying after the coal through the feed plate isolation bin plate into the grinding storehouse. The grinding chamber is provided with an abrasive body (steel ball) in which the coal blocks are crushed and ground into pulverized coal. When the coal is crushed. the pulverized coal powder and gas will be taken out of the mill together by the special induced draft fan through the outputting device of the coal sweeping mill. and the coarser particles will go back to the pulverizing silo for further pulverization through the return screw of the outputting device.

Structure
The wind swept coal mill is driven by the edge. which is driven by the motor through reducer and gear pair. The coal mill adopts the wind-swept structure with drying bin. which makes the coal mill have greater adaptability to the moisture of raw coal. In the coal mill bin. the combined arrangement of stepped lining board. double stepped lining board and corrugated lining board is successively adopted. which improves the grinding capacity of the coal mill. The feeding device adopts the louver window structure with inclined air inlet. which enhances the heat exchange capacity of the coal mill and can effectively prevent the blocking phenomenon at the entrance of the coal mill.
