Tube mill
Tube mill is mainly used for grinding finished products and raw materials of cement factory, and also suitable for grinding all kinds of ore and other grinding materials in metallurgy, chemical industry, electric power and other industrial and mining enterprises.It can be used for open flow grinding, and also for circulating flow grinding with separator.
Characteristic
It has the characteristics of strong adaptability to materials, continuous production, large crushing ratio, and easy to adjust the fineness of grinding products. It can be produced by either wet method or grinding and drying at the same time.
Working principle
It's a kind of grate ball mill with shell rotation, gear transmission and two bins. Materials enter into the first bin evenly and spirally from the feeding inlet through the hollow shaft. There is the ladder liner or rippling liner inside the bin with steel balls of different specifications. The rotary shell produces centrifugal force which makes steel balls fall from a certain height and impacts and grinds materials. After coarse grinding, they will enter into the second bin through the single layer baffle. There is a flat liner inside the bin with steel balls for further grinding. Powdery materials are discharged through the discharging grate plate to be ground.
