Introduction
In the continuous ball mill, the material processing and production are continuous during the grinding process. Feeding and discharging are carried out continuously, and can be produced in open and closed circuits. Open circuit work does not require strict control of product granularity and large processing capacity. In closed circuit, the material that does not meet the granularity of the finished product is re-ground by the return device. Structure and composition
1. The continuous ball mill is composed of the main parts such as the feeding part, the discharging part, the turning part, and the transmission part (reducer, small transmission gear, motor, and electronic control). The hollow shaft is made of cast steel, and the inner lining can be replaced. The rotary gear is processed by casting hobbing. The cylinder is equipped with a wear-resistant liner, which has good wear resistance. The machine runs smoothly and works reliably.
2. Feeding device of continuous ball mill: The feeding device is composed of a feeding roller and a feeding spiral cylinder, and a liner is installed in the feeding roller.
3. Continuous ball mill bearing device: The main bearing is a sliding bearing. The mill is supported on two main bearings through hollow shafts, and the weight of the rotating part is all borne by the main bearings.
4. Continuous ball mill barrel rotating device: The rotating part of the barrel is composed of a barrel and a grinding head made of high-quality carbon steel coils. The cylinder is the main body of the mill, and one of the main working parts of the mill is ground into a fine powder by being impacted and ground by the grinding body in the cylinder.
5. Continuous ball mill transmission: The transmission is mainly composed of motor, transmission shaft, reducer, coupling and auxiliary equipment. The transmission mode is edge transmission, that is, the small gear on the transmission shaft and the large gear fixed on the tail of the cylinder. Engage and drive the mill to rotate.
