Introduction

Dressing ball mill used in mineral processing industry, generally being processed materials including iron, copper, molybdenum and various non-ferrous metals, it is the core function of grinding process was carried out on the material, many contemporary material because of its purity is not high, in turn, led to the decrease of the comprehensive utilization, so carry on the purification process, and complete the process of main equipment is required for the beneficiation of ball mill.

Wet grinding is generally adopted in mineral processing production. At present, the more common ball mill for mineral processing is grid type ball mill and overflow type ball mill. 


Working principle

Material from the feed (hollow shaft) into the cylinder body, when the cylinder rotate, grinding medium because of inertia and centrifugal force effect, the effect of friction, making it near the cylinder liner was taken away by cylinder, when was brought to a certain height, be cast down by its own gravity, the whereabouts of the grinding medium like projectile of cylinder body of the material to break.Quartz stone material from the feeding device through the feed hollow shaft screw evenly into the mill a warehouse, the warehouse has a ladder lining board or corrugated lining board, containing steel balls of different specifications, cylinder rotation will produce centrifugal force to bring the steel ball to a certain height after falling, the material has a pounding and grinding effect.After the coarse grinding of the materials in the first warehouse, the materials will enter the second warehouse through the single-layer compartment plate, which is inlaid with a flat lining plate and contains steel balls to further grind the materials.

Characteristic 

1.The ball mill adopts rolling bearing instead of sliding bearing, which can save more than 30% electricity.

2. The barrel of the ball mill adopts automatic welding, ultrasonic detection, a large professional machine tool card processing and other measures to ensure the accuracy and quality.

3. The discharging end of the ball mill is equipped with a forced ore discharging device, and the processing capacity is increased by 40%.

4. The mill adopts the rare earth material and the new structure lining plate, adjusts the mill speed, optimizes the gear design, thus increases the mill running stability and the service life.
