Structural features
(1) The main bearing adopts the large-diameter double-row centering roller bearing, which replaces the original sliding bearing, reduces friction and energy consumption, and easy to start.
(2) Keep the end cover structure of ordinary mill, large diameter inlet and outlet, large capacity.
(3) Feeder is divided into two types: combined feeder and drum feeder, with simple structure and separate installation.
(4) No inertial impact, stable operation of the equipment, and reduce the grinding machine shutdown and maintenance time, improve efficiency.
Working Principle
This machine is a horizontal cylindrical rotating device, external gear transmission, two warehouses. The material is uniformly fed into the mill by the feeding device through the hollow shaft of the feeding material. The chamber has a step liner or a corrugated liner, which is filled with steel balls of different specifications, and the cylinder rotates to generate centrifugal force to bring the steel ball to a certain height. Drops, causing heavy impact and grinding on the material. After the material reaches a rough grinding in a warehouse, it enters the second warehouse through a single-layer compartment board. The warehouse is provided with a flat liner with steel balls inside to further grind the material. The powder is discharged through the discharge raft to complete the grinding operation.
