UVU- S offset printing ink
1. Substrates:
(1). Ivory board, gold/silver card board, PET laminating card board, laser card board, metal foil, etc.
(2). Synthetic paper, non dry-film label, PVC series, PC, PET, PE, PP, etc.

Advanced packing box for cosmetics, packing box for cigarette or alcohol; trademark, plastic stationery, CD, photo album, etc.
3. Products features:
(1). Dry fast and high gloss;
(2). Clear mesh point and strongly layered;
(3). Good liquidity and easy to print;
(4). No skinning on roller.
(5). High color concentration and low odor.

5. Application methods:
(1). The UVU offset printing ink are ready to use.
(2). Add UVU- Mixing varnish by 1-3% to reduce viscosity if necessary.
(3). Add UVU- Dilute additive to reduce the color concentration if necessary.
(4). Add UVU- Anti-sticking agent by less than 5% if necessary.
(5). Add the white ink to increase the covering power or to decrease the color brightness if necessary.
(6).Add UVU- hardener by 1-2% to increase the adhesion for plastic substrates if necessary.
(7) Standard curing conditions:
UV lamp: 12kw*3pcs;
Lamp distance:10-15cm;
Total light intensity:≥50mj/cm2
Machine running speed:≥12000 pcs/hour.
(8).This kind of ink can be used in both sheet fed printing and rotary printing.
6. Package:
1kg/can.
7. Storage:
It can be stored for 24 months at 0-35℃. Keep away from strong light. Avoid strong acid and strong alkali.
