Introduction
The dry ball mill is named after the production process without adding water and is straight. When the dry ball mill is working, it needs the cooperation of the air guiding device, the dust exhaust pipe and the dust removal equipment. The grinding method is opposite to that of the wet ball mill. Structure
The dry ball mill is composed of some main parts, such as feeding part, discharging part, turning part, transmission part ( reduction gear,small transmission gear, motor, electric control). The hollow shaft is made of cast steel, the inner lining can be replaced, the rotary large gear is processed by casting hobbing, and the cylinder body is lined with a lining plate, which has good wear resistance.
Working Principle
The dry ball mill is composed of a horizontal cylinder, a hollow shaft for feeding and discharging, and a grinding head. The cylinder is a long cylinder, and the cylinder is provided with an abrasive body. The cylinder is made of steel plate, and the steel liner is fixed with the cylinder. The grinding body is generally a steel ball, and is loaded into the cylinder according to different diameters and proportions. The grinding body can also be used in the steel section.
According to the particle size of the grinding material, the material is loaded into the cylinder by the hollow shaft of the ball mill feeding end. When the ball mill cylinder rotates, the grinding body acts due to the inertia and centrifugal force, and the friction force acts to make it close to the cylinder liner. It is carried away by the cylinder. When it is brought to the height, it is thrown off due to its own gravity. The falling abrasive body crushes the material in the cylinder like a projectile.
