Introduction
MB type rod mill is widely used in metal and non-metal mines and water conservancy, glass building materials department to grind various ores, rocks and artificial sand, etc., which have uniform product size requirements and less silt materials. When the product size is required to be 80% less than 2.0 to 0.5mm, the rod mill is generally used. The product size of the rod mill is generally not more than 4.7mm, the small is not less than 0.4mm, and the ore size of the rod mill is 80%. Less than 20mm to 4mm, the ore size can reach 50 mm.

The advanced controllable in-and-out rod mill technology is combined with the actual user's grinding material to match the appropriate grinding body. The surface contact of the traditional ball mill is changed to line contact, which makes the discharge size of the sand making machine more uniform. The output is higher, and it is suitable for ore with different hardness (Mohs hardness 5.5~12).
3. The fineness of discharge can be adjusted
The particle size of the discharge can be changed by simple adjustment, the fineness control device is built in, the screening device can be added when discharge ore, and the two devices are controlled to ensure that neither the over-grinding nor the unqualified product is mixed into the finished product. The particle size characteristics of the rod mill product are related to the condition of the rod milled ore. When the bar hits the ore, the first is to grind the coarse particles, and then the smaller ore particles are ground, thus reducing the risk of over-grinding. When the rods are turned up along the lining, the coarse particles are sandwiched between them, as if the rods are sieved, so that the fine particles pass between the slits of the rods, which is also advantageous for crushing the coarse particles and for concentrating the coarse particles in the grinding medium. Structure
The rod mill is mainly composed of a motor, a final drive, a transmission part, a cylinder part, a main bearing, a slow transmission part, a feeding part, a discharging part, a ring seal, a thin oil station, a large and small gear injection lubrication, a basic part. The main reducer is a parallel shaft and a hard tooth surface. The rod mill is an asynchronous motor connected to the pinion through a reducer, which directly drives the peripheral large gear to decelerate and rotate, and drives the rotary part to rotate. The inside of the cylinder is equipped with a suitable grinding medium--steel rod, grinding medium in centrifugal force and friction Under the action of the material, the material to be ground continuously enters the inside of the cylinder from the feeding part, is crushed by the moving grinding medium, and discharges the product out of the machine by the force of overflow and continuous feeding to carry out the next process deal with.
