0.4-0.66Kv Low-voltage passive power filter For harmonics Control

Product Overview:

RT-TSF low-voltage passive power filter is mainly used for voltage level of 0.4kV-0.66kV. It is generally composed of a filter capacitor, a filter reactor, a molded case circuit breaker, a contactless switching switch and a controller. The complete set is connected to the power grid through the molded case circuit breaker, and the controller automatically switches the filter bank according to the control strategies of reactive power and harmonics. The contactless switching switch responds fast, and is able to satisfy the demands for reactive power and harmonics by the fast changing load. 

Main Technical Characteristics:

-The filter branch can be designed according to the user system characteristics and the content, value and reactive power demands of harmonic current;

- The installed capacity of the filter bank is decided by the fluctuation of load. Capacitive reactive power is thus provided for the system to ensure the offset accuracy and increase the power factor;

- The LC filter branch is equivalent to a low-impedance channel, in which most of the corresponding current enter to absorb the harmonic current and reduce harmonic current injection into the system by the harmonic source, so as to decrease the system voltage distortion rate;

- The filter can effectively filter out the harmonics generated by harmonic sources, return voltage and current to sine waves, and thus improve the power quality of the electric equipment;

- Good filtering effect: the filter is able to filter out the harmonics of the characteristic time of 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, etc., with as high harmonic filtering rate as 60%-80%.

- Specialized filtering software was adopted to design the filter in order to prevent syntony between the filter and the system, and also avoid harmonic

- Complete protection: short-circuit, overload, overvoltage, under voltage and open-phase protection and so on;

- Automatically stop operating if there is relevant external fault, and recovers automatically after power on.
