Product Overview:

The low-voltage static var generator (SVG) is mainly composed of a control system, an IGBT power module, and a connected reactor; the IGBT power module is connected in parallel to the AC system via a connected reactor; by adjusting the amplitude and phase of the output voltage at the AC side of the IGBT module, it further controls the amplitude and phase of the current on the AC side, and compensates the required inductive or capacitive reactive power in real time to 
achieve fast dynamic regulation of reactive power and tracking and compensation of the impact current of the impact load.

Adopt a three-level topology to effectively reduce ripple current and improve the quality of
the output waveform;

Adopt the highly-integrated three-level IGBT module from Infineon, Germany, to ensure 
low voltage stress and high reliability, as well as reduced conduction loss and switching loss;

Adopt TI's TMS320F28377D series DSP chip with dual-core 32-bit CPU, to ensure high 
control precision and fast speed, and with multiple 16-bit ADCs, to ensure high sampling accuracy;

Adopt the magnetic ring reactor with small size, light weight, low temperature rise and 
low noise;

Adopt high-performance Hall current sensor and Hall voltage sensor to ensure high 
sampling accuracy;

Adopt modular design for easy installation and capacity expansion;

With multiple compensation modes: var compensation priority, harmonic control 
priority and other adjustment modes;

The response time is less than 10ms and the control is fast, to ensure better transient stability;

Complete protection functions for external electrical faults such as busbar overvoltage, 
under voltage and phase loss, and internal faults such as IGBT overheating and over current;

It has two structure modes: rack-mounted and wall-mounted, which are convenient for installation;

Complete production and inspection procedures, all products undergo 12-step production 
process, 4 inspection procedures, and 72-hour aging test.

The upper switch part of the cabinet adopts drawer design, which is convenient for maintenance;

Automatic current limit output function

When the harmonic current on the load side is greater than the device current, 
the device limits the output current to the rated value.

Over heating protection The fan is automatically started when the radiator exceeds 65 °C

No-voltage protection When the system voltage is lower than UN85%, the main circuit breaker 
will lose voltage protection, and the device will stop working.

Load over current protection The current flowing through the load exceeds the threshold and the 
device stops working.

System voltage protection

The system side voltage under voltage threshold or over voltage threshold is exceeded , and the 
device stops working .

DC voltage protection

The device has both software and hardware protection. The software protection point can be set to 
1.1 times the normal voltage and the hardware protection point is 1.3 times of the normal voltage. 
When the DC voltage exceeds the protection threshold, the device stops and reports corresponding fault.

IGBT protection

The internal temperature of the IGBT exceeds 108°C, the device stops working, and the IGBT fault is reported.
