TSVG Low-voltage Var Compensator Reactive Power Compensation
Product Overview:
The RT-TSVG type low-voltage var compensator is composed of a thyristor switching capacitor (TSC) unit and a static var generator (SVG) unit, controlled uniformly by a controller. Equipment procurement cost was instantly reduced by this way, and constant stepless reactive power regulation was realized as well.
Product Features:
-- The output reactive power can be continuously adjusted within the complete machine capacity; dynamic response time ≤ 20ms;
-- The power factor can be up to 1 in the whole process (provided that the total compensation capacity is sufficient);
-- SVG var generator branch can output reactive power in both directions; the remaining capacity of SVG var generator branch can enable active power filtering;
-- TSC switching capacitor adopts the transient switching technology, which causes no inrush current;
-- SVG var generator adopts the inversion doubling technology to reduce ripple current;
-- Strict thermal design ensures safe and reliable system operation; multiple software and hardware anti-interference measures ensure strong anti-interference ability, and reliable operation;
-- Self-checking function and overvoltage protection, over current protection and other hardware protection functions ensure stable and reliable operation of the equipment;
-- Automatic detection of system voltage, current, and system power factors in active, reactive, pre-compensation, and post-compensation status.
-- Digital control and parameter settings are displayed on a 7-inch touch screen with switchable Chinese and English display, capable of waveform display, harmonic content display and event recording;
-- RS485 interface, standard MODBUS communication protocol, and computer remote monitoring;
-- Automatic detection of system voltage, current, and system power factors in active, reactive, pre-compensation, and post-compensation status.
