Name: resistance melting insulation furnace
(3) furnace body
The structure of the resistance furnace is similar to the international standard well furnace. The shell is made of steel plate and section steel cylindrical furnace body, all sealed welding. The lining is formed by ceramic fiber folding compression module and fixed by stainless steel anchor. Heating elements with high quality resistance belt, hanging on the lining of the masonry furnace.
Furnace body: made of soft steel plate with strong solvent auxiliary structure, the electrical wiring between the control panel of the furnace body is ductile sleeve wire, 10m attached.
Hearth: the use of refractory brick, hot brick, ceramic refractory materials, and the body classification, easy to maintain the structure. The operation is push button, which can be flipped 180° to stop automatically. Hearth back planning (driver), adopt Fuji electric mechanism of gear motor (with brake), rotary furnace bed stops, with locking devices.
Crucible: install the leak detection function at the position of each crucible. The lower part of the crucible is provided with a crucible table.

(4) heating and electrical control system
1. Main components
(1) heating element - resistance belt, 2 turns/phase, three phases.
(2) temperature detection element - thermocouple. Each set contains two thermocouples, one for the furnace atmosphere temperature detection, improve efficiency, protect the furnace body; One tube is used for temperature detection of aluminum water. Silicon nitride is selected as the material of thermocouple protection sleeve, so the temperature detection is accurate and does not affect the material of the product.
(3) control system: the temperature control is in the semi-conductor automatic proportional control mode. The temperature adjustment meter is divided into 2 sections for the measured value and set value. Proportional control for the furnace temperature and the temperature of liquid aluminum. Install abnormal alarm of furnace temperature and aluminum liquid temperature. Temperature meter (brand: Taiwan), electronic voltage regulator, contactor, relay, etc. Electric control using advanced PID control system, equipped with intelligent temperature controller and power regulator, according to the temperature automatically adjust the power, greatly save energy, and ensure the temperature stability, temperature control accuracy up to ±3℃. And can overtemperature alarm, operation button and light display, to achieve the heater on and off and furnace temperature rise and fall control. The crucible adopts imported graphite crucible.
