The aluminum alloy quick effect melting furnace integrates melting and heat preservation with compact structure. The melting pool adopts special non-stick aluminum castable, which is easy to clean, high strength and long service life. Adopt European famous brand burner, automatic ignition and temperature control, can directly control the temperature of aluminum water, and over-temperature alarm device, according to the discharge mode can have well type material. The furnace is composed of bottom, wall and top. A shallow and wide pool is formed to hold metal charge and molten liquid metal. The front of the furnace wall has a charging and operating door. Formal melting furnace is equipped with a chimney, which can effectively change the operating environment, save energy and easy to control the pollution of flue gas, but at present in reality many enterprises furnace no chimney, some are open, some in the furnace door with a collection of smoke cover. In the smelting process of coal-burning furnaces, high temperature furnace gas from the combustion chamber is rushed into the smelting chamber through side Windows, while the flame of oil-burning and gas-burning furnaces is directly injected into the furnace, heating the top and walls of the furnace as well as heating the charge.


1. Metal components


The outer body and bottom plate are made of steel plate and reinforced with channel and Angle steel. Except for bolt connection, the structure is basically welded with metal.


2. Outlet (cylinder piston structure)


The outlet part is composed of formed refractories, which can be opened or closed by manually operating the manual switch valve to start the cylinder piston. Note: the aluminum silicate sealing cap of the aluminium plug head is consumable


3. Slag extraction door and its spot inspection and cleaning door


The door frame around the door body of each furnace door is made of cast iron metal components, ordinary steel plate is used for the door surface, and the refractory material inside the door is made of heat preservation board + high temperature castable.


4. Feeding port cover


The frame of the feeding port cover is made of ordinary steel plate, and the interior is made of heat preservation plate + high temperature castable. The opening and closing of the top cover are driven by the cylinder.
