(ii) overview
GRD series well heating furnace is composed of furnace body, electric control and hydraulic system. The shell of furnace body is welded by steel plate and section steel. Aluminum silicate fiber and high quality insulation materials composed of composite furnace lining, heating elements made of coiled spiral placed on the shelf brick, the furnace cover with a whole or on the different forms of opening and closing. The discharging way adopts hydraulic tilting system, and the crucible adopts imported brand graphite crucible.
Introduction of heating and electrical control system is as follows:
1. Main components
(1) heating element - resistance belt, 2 turns/phase, three phases.
(2) temperature detection element - thermocouple. Each set contains two thermocouples, one for the furnace atmosphere temperature detection, improve efficiency, protect the furnace body; One tube is used for temperature detection of aluminum water. Silicon nitride is selected as the material of thermocouple protection sleeve, so the temperature detection is accurate and does not affect the material of the product.
(3) control system: the temperature control is in the semi-conductor automatic proportional control mode. The temperature adjustment meter is divided into 2 sections for the measured value and set value. Proportional control for the furnace temperature and the temperature of liquid aluminum. Install abnormal alarm of furnace temperature and aluminum liquid temperature. Temperature meter (brand: Taiwan), electronic voltage regulator, contactor, relay, etc. Electric control using advanced PID control system, equipped with intelligent temperature controller and power regulator, according to the temperature automatically adjust the power, greatly save energy, and ensure the temperature stability, temperature control accuracy up to ±3℃. And can overtemperature alarm, operation button and light display, to achieve the heater on and off and furnace temperature rise and fall control. The crucible adopts imported graphite crucible.

2. Introduction to electronic voltage regulator (PID control)
Thyristor is adopted as the main control element, and the output current and voltage are controlled by the change of thyristor conduction Angle. The controller has a variety of protection functions to ensure that the controller will not damage the external equipment in case of failure. Function function is :1, soft start 2, overcurrent protection 3, overtemperature protection. Specifically, when the load fault current or temperature rises out of the operating range of the controller, the controller can automatically turn off the pulse output and stop the load power supply.
