The dumping crucible furnace is mainly used for pressure casting, gravity casting and dissolution of non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminum, zinc, tin and lead) before liquid die forging.
The product consists of furnace body, electrical control box, combustion system and hydraulic system. The furnace body is mainly composed of dumping support and insulation structure. The shell and pouring bracket of the furnace body are made of sections and steel plates welded together, which are composed of various lightweight refractory materials and some castable materials. Gas and fuel are designed with secondary utilization of chimney heat energy, which has high thermal efficiency. The furnace body is equipped with a thermocouple, which is connected with the temperature controller to measure the temperature of the furnace.
1. Steel structure: the furnace shell is made of steel plate and section steel, and the pressing ring is made of cast iron.
2, furnace lining composition: the melting pool for the whole one casting molding, this material has high strength, long life and other characteristics. (compressive strength: above 110℃ to 140Mpa; The linear change rate is only 0.1%). The insulation layer is constructed with aluminum silicate fiberboard and lightweight brick.
3. Combustion system: Riyadh gas burner is selected. It has simple operation and maintenance, long service life, temperature control, automatic ignition and flame monitoring.
4. Discharging mode: hydraulic system dumping mode

3. The furnace is operating day and night
4. Calculation of 3-hour average combustion consumption in continuous melting
The scope of fortifications
(I) scope of works of users
1. Provide 1 set of lifting equipment for on-site installation
2. The fuel supply port is connected to the fuel interface of the furnace body. The piping outside this scope is not within the fortification scope of the company.
3. Operating power supply 575V\380V\220V\110V
Please supply air and fuel according to the manufacturer's requirements
