PW sewage pump can transport sewage or wastewater containing suspended solid particles or long fiber etc impurity. The pump body is made of cast iron or stainless steel and the medium temperature does not exceed 100 DegC. When PW sewage pump treats industrial sewage, it is better to install a filter at the inlet end of the pump to prevent impurities from entering the pump cavity so that the pump can work better and have a longer life.
PWF corrosion resistant sewage pump can transport acidic, alkaline or other corrosive sewage. PWF stainless steel sewage pump is widely used in chemical, petroleum, light industry, food, pharmaceutical, brewing, environmental protection and sewage treatment industries. Pump body and flow parts are made of 304 stainless steel and medium temperature is not higher than 100 DegC.
PW sewage pump is a single stage, single suction, cantilever centrifugal sewage pump. The pump inlet is in the axial horizontal direction and the pump outlet can be installed in the horizontal or vertical direction as required. PW sewage pump mainly consists of pump cover, pump shell, impeller, shaft seal, shaft, and bracket etc components. The shaft seal adopts a novel double-end mechanical seal structure. The pump and the motor are mounted on the common chassis and driven directly by the motor through the elastic coupling. Sewage pump has the advantages of high efficiency, remarkable energy saving, stable operation, reliable performance and convenient maintenance.
