Product Introduction
Pneumatic stirring flotation machine is the machine that drives the impeller to stir by transmission device. The compressed air is forced to enter into the machine. It's singly driven by scraper structure. There are single scraping and double scraping forms. They are applied to primary separation and concentration in large and medium-sized concentrator to separate non-ferrous metal, black metal and non-metallic materials with the size of 0.3-0.01mm (the content of -0.074mm is larger than 50%).
Working Principle
The slurry is absorbed into the impeller from all sides and enters into the impeller chamber through the air channel, air adjustment valve and hollow main bearing by the blower at the same time. After the mix of slurry and the air, it's discharged from the upper impeller. The ores move upward and enter into the whole tank after being stabilized and directed by the stator installed around the impeller. Mineralized bubble moves upward to the surface of the tank to form froth and then into the froth tank. The slurry will return to the impeller zone for recycle while the other part will enter into the lower tank through the circulation hole for separation.
Performance Characteristics
1. It's designed with direct tank for large capacity and high speed of flotation.
2. It adopts centrifugal blower (the pressure is 0.245kg/cm2) and the inflation volume should be adjusted within the requirements.
3. Small floor area and lightness.
4. Suspended ores reduce the sedimentation and stratification of coarse particles and increase the upper limit of suspended size.
5. The impeller is only used to recycle the slurry and disperse the air. The impeller in the deep tank can still work at a low rotary speed, so accessories are less abraded and consume less energy. The level is more stable which does good to the large scale and improving the productivity.
6. The axial and radial gap between the impeller and the cover is larger than that of a type flotation machine, which is easy for installation and adjustment.
7. The medicament and energy consumption decrease greatly and the separation index is improved.
