Introduction
It is used for wet magnetic separation,particle size≦3 mm,like magnetic iron ore,magnetic pyrite,burning mine,titanic iron ore etc.Besides,it is also applied for recycling magnetic heavy media in the erasing-iron and separating-coal process for coal,nonmetallic ore,construction materials.
Features
1. Magnetic system is permanent magnetic ferrite material or clad steel with permanent magnets.
2. Average magnetic induction intensity of cylinder surface ranges between 100-350 mT.
3. 4 different type can meet custom's requirement:downstream (C), half counter-current (B), counter-current type (N) and double cylinder magnetic separator.
4. Simple structure, higher capacity, easier for operation and maintenance.
Advantage
1.Large processing capacity, single machine can reach more than 50 tons
This machine adopts the open magnetic system of wrapping type, the material is free from wrapping and clogging, so the processing capacity is large, the single magnetic separator can handle more than 50 tons of raw ore, and can also be used in parallel with multiple machines, which can increase the output exponentially.
2.Grading effect is good, select taste up to 60%
The machine adopts dynamic magnetic system design, the mineral material slides, displaces and rolls on the surface of the drum, the drum does not touch the material, which is beneficial to material grading, the primary grade can be increased by 1-4 times.
3.Flexible application
According to the needs of users, it can provide various forms of magnetic separation, such as downstream, half counter-current and counter-current.Suitable for many materials, can be a multi-purpose machine, simple structure, easy to operate, easy to maintain.
