6m aluminum motorized telescopic antenna mast
PACKING:
Each unit of motorized telescopic antenna mast(main pole and all accessories)to be wrapped with Poly tapes and then into a wooden case. The Control box to be packed into a separate wooden case.
Installation Instructions:
1)The motorized telescopic antenna mast can be installed on the ground, or on the vehicle. No matter where to install, its installation shall keep vertical with the ground.Tilted telescopic antenna mast will affect the rise and fall of itself, and if the lifting rod tilts seriously or maintain a long time, damage and danger could not be avoided.
2)The motorized telescopic antenna mast needs to be installed on a fixed object, without any shaking, such as walls, car body, or pile. At least two fixed points will be installed, and one point must be installed on the body of the telescopic antenna mast. And the distance between two points should be longer than 2/3 of the height of telescopic antenna mast. Its connection must be solid and reliable.
warranty period
Except the damages due to misuse, unauthorized modification and man-made sabotage, the damaged parts will enjoyed free after-sales maintenance within one year's time from the date of delivery on the condition that the buyer himself will bear the shipping cost back and forth and the said damage should be confirmed by the seller through photos and description.
Mast operation precautions
1.No overloading.
2.Ensure the area in which the mast is deployed is free of obstructions and overhead power lines.
3.For motorized mast :The crank handle of mast must be disengaged when operated electrically.
4.For pneumatic mast:DO NOT remove any of the exhaust valves in an attempt to retract the mast quicker, this action removes control over the rate of decent.
5.For motorized mast:When operated manually, the motorized telescopic antenna mast must be in a power off state.
6.Any abnormal phenomena( such as inflexible or stuck) occurs when lifting, you should stop it immediately, identify the reasons, and lift it after cleaning troubles.
7.Operating environment requirements:
working temperature: pneumatic mast -15--+60℃. manual and motorized mast -50--+60℃.
8.Wind load: 50-80km/(without Guy rope ), 100-120Km/h( with Guy rope)
Maintenance
1.Waterproof and dust proof cover should be put into outdoor storage
2.If there is a situation that is not smooth or obvious noise during lifting mast,add lubricating oil to make sure inner Mechanical parts work well. Suggest to add oil to the mast every 2-3 month.
3.Regularly check the connection parts in normal condition.
4.Change seals easily on regular time can make mast in good using conditions after using 20thousand times.
