QYB type pump is a series of horizontal mounted self-priming gas-liquid mixing pump, QYB adopts the standard coupling connection form. The flow parts of the pump are all made of stainless steel.
The suction port of gas-liquid mixing pump can use negative pressure to draw in gas, so it need not use gas compressor and atmospheric ejector. The high speed rotating pump impeller stirs liquid and gas, so it need not agitator and mixer. Due to the pressure mixing in the pump, the gas and liquid are fully dissolved, and the dissolution efficiency is up to 80 to 100 percent.So highly soluble liquids can be produced without the need for large pressurized gas tanks or expensive reaction towers. A gas-liquid mixing pump can attract, mix, dissolve and directly send highly dissolved liquid to the point of use. Therefore, the use of gas-liquid mixing pump can improve the production efficiency of dissolved gas-liquid, simplify the production equipment, save the site, greatly reduce the initial investment, save the operation cost and maintenance costs.
Application scope
This product is suitable for liquid transportation, enterprise mixing, circulation and pressurization.
Typical applications: air flotation treatment equipment, ozone water production equipment, oxygen-rich water production equipment, biochemical treatment equipment;
Circulating transfer of heat and cold media of various temperature regulating devices;
Various filtration devices; Draw or high-pressure transport gasoline, diluents,
various solvents and other low-viscosity liquids from underground storage tanks;
Spray treatment of clean water, pure water, food, chemical liquid and waste liquid;
Intermittent operation, water hammer, back pressure sharp change and other harsh USES such as: small steam furnace, high-rise water supply, high pressure tank high pressure water injection, by vacuum tank suction; Take sample water from rivers or storage tanks, transfer foaming liquid, easy to appear in the long horizontal pipeline transportation.
Operating conditions
Thin, clean, low viscosity liquid; PH range is 3-9;
Liquid temperature -15 degree to120 degree Celsius ; Max. high ambient temperature: 40 degree Celsius
The gas-liquid volume ratio is about 1:9 (the volume is 8 to 10 percent).
The self-priming height is 9 NPSH (m).
