GBF type fluorine lined pipeline centrifugal pump
Fluorine plastic is the most excellent corrosion resistant material. GBF type fluorine lined pipeline centrifugal pump is made of cast iron or cast steel lined with fluorine plastic.
GBF fluorine lined pipeline centrifugal pump is with domestic excellent hydraulic model and adopts IS centrifugal pump performance parameters on the basis of the general vertical pump design.
GBF type fluorine lined pipeline centrifugal pump has the advantages of strong corrosion resistance efficient energy saving, low noise, reliable performance etc and can replace 316L stainless steel, titanium alloy and other precious metals pumps.
1, GBF type fluorine lined pipeline centrifugal pump is vertical structure. Pump inlet and outlet diameter is the same and locate in the same center line. When the protective cover is added, the pump can be placed in the outdoor use.
2, The impeller of GBF type fluorine lined pipeline centrifugal pump is installed directly in the motor bearing and has the reasonable configuration, short axial size, compact structure. The reasonable configuration of pump and motor bearings can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by pump operation, thus ensuring the smooth operation of the pump and low vibration noise.
3, GBF type fluorine lined pipeline centrifugal pump shaft seal adopts ordinary type and grain resistant mechanical seal or mechanical seal combination, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, can effectively increase the service life of mechanical seal.
4, GBF type fluorine lined pipeline centrifugal pump can be used in series and parallel operation mode according to the requirements of the use of flow and head.
GBF type fluorine lined pipeline centrifugal pump is suitable to transport acid, alkali liquid, oxidant and other corrosive liquid with arbitrary concentration under the temperature of -85 to 200 degree Celsius.
GBF fluorine lined pipeline centrifugal pump is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, papermaking, flue gas desulfurization, dust removal, food and pharmaceutical and synthetic fiber and other departments.
