XWJ horizontal vortex non-clogging low-wear sewage pump, which is different from the traditional centrifugal pump. WX horizontal vortex not clogging sewage pump has the characteristics of simple structure, reliability and convenient maintenance.

The pump impeller and pump shell has the large clearance in order that solid can be discharged without any obstruction, and completely without blockage.

XWJ horizontal vortex sewage pump is Suitable for conveying solid liquid mixture, suspended solid and fibrous fabric medium. The diameter of solid particles should not be more than 60 percent of the discharge diameter, and the length of fiber should not be more than five times of the discharge diameter.

XWJ horizontal vortex sewage pump can be used for sewage treatment in city, factory, mine drainage, papermaking, textile, farm, garden, livestock farm and sewage treatment plant.

Structure that

1, XWJ pump is a single-stage, single-suction cantilever type, the pump inlet and outlet are perpendicular to each other, the impeller is located on one side of the pump chamber, the medium to be transported from the impeller and pump chamber to obtain energy, directly from the pump chamber unimpeded discharge. The shaft sealing parts of this type of pump are designed in accordance with ISO3069 and the size of cavity for mechanical seal and soft packing of axial suction centrifugal pump. WX pump is mainly composed of pump body, impeller, pump cover, shaft, shaft sleeve and suspension bearing parts.

2, pump body and pump cover for the back pull door structure, its advantages are convenient maintenance, maintenance of the pump body, suction pipe and discharge pipe.

3. The pump body and pump cover constitute the working room of the pump. The pump body has a vortex-shaped runner, and the impeller is located behind the bladeless chamber of the pump body.

4, impeller, shaft and rolling bearings for the pump rotor. The suspension bearing parts support the pump's rotor and the rolling bearing bear the radial and axial forces of the pump.

5, pump shaft sealing system is composed of packing gland, packing ring, packing, to prevent air intake or a large number of water leakage, in order to avoid wear of the shaft, the shaft through the packing part is equipped with a protective shaft sleeve. An O sealing ring is arranged between the sleeve and the shaft to prevent air intake or water leakage along the mating surface.

6. If the shaft seal of the pump needs to be installed with mechanical seal, the mechanical seal can be replaced in the shaft seal cavity.
