Introduction

CAF-electrophoresis is an electrophoresis technique with solid prop was made with CAF. 

CAF has an uniform foam structure (thick 120μm) with strong permeability, which doesn`t have resistance to molecule`s movement, can be electrophoresis prop, doesn`t need too much sample, with clean separation, doesn`t have adsorption, an applied range is large, fast and useful, you can use the membrane after coloring with ethanol and glacial acetic acid for transparent, the membrane after transparent can be used for saving and quantitative analysis. Serum protein CAFelectrophoresis often uses in clinic for analyzing the protein in blood, urine etc., provides diagnosing of liver, kidneys etc. illnesses. For example patients with dropsical nephritis, among plasma protein there is an albumin with medium or small molecular weight, it leaks into urine and goes out from body, and you can see on the pictures from CAF-electrophoresis how albumin gets smaller and lighter. 

Or there another one example, patients with chronic hepatitis or cirrhosis of the liver, because hepatocytes were damaged,  the ability of liver plasma protein fell down, that made plasmaalbumin relatively lower, butγglobulin increased. On the pictures of CAF-electrophoresis  

of patients with multiple myeloma you can find abnormal globulin stripes.
