Introduction

JK9830 Kjeldahl semi-auto analyzer is an auto analyzer which with characters including auto reagent addition, auto distillation and separation of sample, auto collection of samples and auto termination of distillation; the separation methods which adopted by the JK9830 is 100% corresponds to the National and International standards.

Performance advantages of JK9830

1.  Automatic operation system. Addition of reagents, distillation, sample collection, distillation and termination of the entire program can be accomplished by simply click on ONE BUTTON.
2.  Display.6-inchs LCD screen, Bilingual operating system.
3.  Recipe Management. It's able to store 10 groups of program formulation by the user customize settings; and retrieval, use by user freely.

Safety production of system

1. Electric leakage protection. t can prevent the damage caused by the system leakage of user to the greatest extent to protect the user's personal body safety.

2. The overpressure protection system. It's composed of a temperature sensor, CPU, overpressure protection system which is able to effectively prevent overpressure phenomenon due to system failure to ensure a worry-free working condition for user.

3. Distillation System water shortage alarm function. When the water level is too low or dry, the distillation pot may stop working and alarm systems, which is able to prevent the harm caused by water shortage or dryness effectively.

4. Absence of protection of the digestive tube. When the digestive tube is not put in place, the system does not run, without alkali, distillation, wounding prevent wounding by reagent and / or contamination.

5. Steam pot. Selection of platinum carbon fiber plastic die-cast, long-term temperature 300 ℃ without distortion. It is currently the first product which adopts such materials in mainland China.

6. Safety door. A safety door made of 5mm thick acrylic in molding production process. When the safety door is not closed, the system does not run, not add alkali and / or distillation, therefore, it prevents wounding on user from reagents and steam splashing effectively.
