1. Product Introduction
The Petroleum Product Kinematic Viscosity Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 265 Standard Test Method for Kinematic Viscosity of Petroleum Products and Calculation Method for Dynamic Viscosity. It is suitable for determining the kinematic viscosity of liquid petroleum products (referring to Newtonian liquids) under a constant temperature condition.
2. Main Functions and Features

  1. Adopts a 7-inch color touch screen and a 32-bit microprocessor as the control core, with a graphical operating system.

  2. Equipped with a high-precision Pt100 sensor and a dedicated PID temperature control program for kinematic viscosity, ensuring accurate and stable temperature control.

  3. The water bath upper cover and viscometer fixture are made of anodized aluminum, which is aesthetically pleasing and durable.

  4. Can store the coefficients of 20 viscometers, which can be retrieved at any time during use.

  5. The instrument has 4 independent timing channels, and can automatically calculate and print results after the test is completed.

  6. Can store 50 sets of test data, facilitating the search of test records, and the results can be printed and deleted at any time.

  7. Equipped with a high-precision perpetual calendar clock, which keeps time accurately, requires no battery replacement, and is maintenance-free in the later stage.

  8. Configured with an RS232 interface, which can be connected to the LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System).
