Feeding and Collecting Part:
1. Whole machine is risen making the maximum front pile height up to 1400mm and the back pile height up to 1250mm
2. At the middle of head install the monitor ,worker can easily see the back
3. Pre-paper pile design and special pneumatic bench can save much time
4. The non-stop sampling system can check the board accurate without stop the machine
Diecutting part and Delivery system:
1. Diecutting chase fixed accurately by pneumatic lock system
2. Diecutting plate is putted in and out by air floating device
3. Electric clutch system of main chain can assure the chain steady when it is stopped at high speed
4. Main chain and assist chain is lubricated periodically controlled by PLC
5. Protection window of diecutting can hold the main body clean
6. Lightweight and durable aluminum alloy 9-piece gripper bars with chain of Renold UK ensure accurate
Electric Part:
PLC adopts electronic control system.There are various safe guarding devices that when accident occurs,it will give an alarm by sound and light and shut down automatically to protect sfety of man and machine.
Taiwan Intermittence and Renold Chain:
1.Adopt automatic centralized lubricating system and setting main chain lubricating system by HMI
2.Patented design shock absorption system can prolong the life of main body and increase the pressure
3.The intermittent gearbox made in Taiwan can assure the accurate registration and decrease the gripper attack
