The potato starch processing machine used for potato starch processing plant can be divided into the following units:
1. Potato cleaning and washing: New harvest potatoes from the ground should first dry and sieve to remove the impurities as much as possible. Then the cleaned potato is transported into potato starch processing machine for washing process which mainly remove the attached debris such as sand, soil and dirt. And then the clean potato is stored in daily designated area in potato starch processing plant.

2. Crushing: After washing, the potato stays in the clean silo to drain the water, then it is transported into the rasper by screw feeder. The crushing process is an important process which determines the starch yield. 3. Screening: The potato starch processing machine for screening is mainly for the separation of starch and fiber. And then the starch goes into fine fiber sieve to further separate fine fiber and starch. WIth the help of thsee two high efficient potato starch machine, the fiber is separated from potato starch.

4. Desanding: Starch milk after separation is sent to a mixing tank of potato starch processing machine in potato starch production line. Then we can use two levels of desander to expel sand out of starch slurry, and the sand collected uses butterfly valve to eject.
5. Concentrating and refining: After separating, the starch milk goes into the potato starch processing machine for concentrating and refining to further separating the protein and cell sap.In this section, the starch milk is firstly concerntrated through the hydrocyclone station, while the overflow of cell sap goes into recycling hydrocyclone station to recycle the containing starch. After multi-stage washing it not only ensures the washing effect of the starch but also avoids the loss of starch in the cell sap.
6. Dewatering: Vacuum filter is an extensively used potato starch processing machine for dewatering. The rotating drum speed of this potato dewatering machine can be frequency control. And the moisture content is 38% after the dewatering process.

7. Starch Drying and Packing: In potato starch processing plant, the potato starch processing machine for drying is flash dryer. The starch after drying uses high efficiency cyclone to collect, and finished products of drying machine use pneumatic conveyor or screw conveyor to cool. Then the cooling dry starch is sent to the sieving machine by two stage cyclone separator collection and screw conveyor. After screening, the starch is packed by semi-automatic packing machine for warehousing.
