1. Washing and cleaning machine
The firstly used cassava starch making machine is the cleaning equipment-dry sieve. It is mainly used for removing sand, small stones, dirt and other attached impurities from cassava. The dry sieve is designed with reasonable rotating speed which ensures a stable running and reduce the damage to material. After cleaning, the cassava will be washed in the paddle washing machine. This cassava starch extraction equipment adopts the countercurrent washing principle. In this way, the cassava in the washing tank flows in the reverse direction against the water, thus the cassava is washed thoroughly.
2. Grinding machine
The cassava root need to be grinded into slurry in order to release its starch from cell wall. Rasper is the cassava starch making machine used for this purpose. The grinding rate determines the extraction rate of cassava, therefore it is important to choose a high efficient grinding machine for cassava starch processing plant. 3. Cassava starch separating machine
The next cassava starch making machine used for cassava starch manufacturing process is the centrifuge sieve and the fine fiber sieve. The centrifuge sieve is mainly used to separate the fiber and starch slurry. While the fine fiber sieve is used to further filter the small fibers.
4. Cassava desander machine
The main function of the cassava desander is to remove sand out of starch slurry. Due t the sand content of cassava is high. If the sand is not removed, it will influence the taste of the final products. Therefore the desander machine is a necessary cassava starch making machine.
5. Concerntration and refining machine
Hydrocyclone station is the mainly used cassava starch making machine for remove the protein, cell fiber, cell sap out of starch milk. And a complete hydrocyclone station contains the concerntration, refining and recycling.

6. Dewatering machine
The dewatering process is maily for reducing water content of cassava milk so that it can meet the drying standard. Peeler centrifuge is the widely used cassava starch making machine for dewatering cassava milk. The water content of cassava starch after dewatering is about 38%-40%.
7. Cassava starch drying machine
The finally proces is drying and the cassava starch making machine is flash dryer. The material contact parts of this machine is made of stainless steel which guarantees the high standards of the final cassava starch.
