Pipe facing machine
Pipe facing machine is applicable to face and bevel the pipe ends with elevating conveyors for centering, suitable for various materials such as carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, etc.
It can process single V, double V, J, U type bevels and realizes two pipe ends beveled by elevating & turning-round carriage, which can turn in 180 degree in 30 seconds to bevel and face another pipe end.
Features:
l Several models available: 24” type, 32” type, 48” type, 60” type
l With self-centering chuck
l With hydraulic elevating and turning device for two ends efficient facing
l Bevel types: single V, compound V, J type bevel
l Facing speed: 2.5 minutes to get a 37.5 degree bevel for a S.S pipe end (diameter: 610mm, thickness: 25mm).
l Can be used for SS or CS pipe facing
l Can also be set up as production line with other pipe fabrication machines
