1.The brief introduction of full hydraulic tunnel drilling rig for ZDY-750 coal mine
ZDY-750 drilling rig mainly consists of pump station, power head, rack, column frame, operation platform and drilling tool. Rig pump station and power head are connected by high pressure pipes with different diameters. All joints are connected by quick connection, which is convenient for installation,withdrawal and transportation. The pump station is driven by an explosion-proof motor to drive the oil pump to convert the electric energy into the rotating oil road and the hydraulic energy (pressure oil) to advance the oil road. Then the pressure oil is transported to the hydraulic actuator through the valve group on the control table, so as to realize the various functions of the drill.
2.The range of application of ZDY750 full hydraulic tunnel drilling rig
ZDY750 coal mine full hydraulic tunnel drilling rig is mainly used for drilling holes, grouting holes, water injection holes, anti outburst and pressure relief holes, geological exploration holes and other engineering holes. Suitable for rock strength coefficient of F is less than or equal to 10, the various coal seam strata. Drilling rig can drill holes in the range of azimuth and dip angle specified in the basic parameter table.
