ZDY4000S coal mine full hydraulic tunnel drilling machine can be widely used in coal mine underground gas drainage hole, measure hole, probe and discharge hole, fire grouting hole, coal seam injection hole and other drilling construction.

2.The main characteristics of ZDY-4000S double pump full hydraulic tunnel drilling rig for coal mines
a. The rotary system, clamping system and propulsion system are all hydraulically control, and all the loading and unloading drill pipes are automatic, which reduces the labor intensity of the operator.
b.The clamping chuck and gearbox system are integrated design, clamping cylinder is placed outside, clamping force is large.it is convenient for dismounting and maintaining.
c.The propulsion cylinder adopts double head oil cylinder design, which has the characteristics of pushing long distance, and the propulsion distance can reach 1100mm.
d.Hydraulic system adopts double pump oil supply circuit system, and propulsion and rotation will not affect each other.
e.Key hydraulic components: oil pump, motor and operation valve adopt Sino German joint venture products.
f.The drilling angle can be adjusted in the range of about 45 degrees.
3. Working principle of ZDY-4000S double pump full hydraulic tunnel drilling rig for coal mine.
Motor drive oil pump, two hydraulic oil go through the operating table, a pressure oil go to the hydraulic motor connected to the reducer. Output power after deceleration, drive drilling tool to rotate. Another pressure oil is delivered to the oil cylinder to push the piston move around, so that the power head can be driven to feed, return or start drilling. The feeding speed of drilling rig can be adjusted by rotating counterclockwise and throttling hand wheel. Operating corresponding handle can control hydraulic clamping device and hydraulic chuck action, loose and unload clamp drill pipe and rack go up and down or install angle adjustment.
