Adjustable Constant Temperature Type Steam Traps, as one of thermostatic steam trap, are Widely applicable for the steam equipment, heating pipeline, thermal pipeline, mini type heat exchanger, and heat supply heating pipeline in the fields of petroleum, chemical industry, paper making, medicine, and food etc, and is the best choice.
Structural characteristics :
1. The open of valve is controlled by using the principle that temp. sensing element will expand when being heated and contracted when cooled.
2. Smooth action, constant drainage temp. unaffected by the pressure and good energy-saving result.
3. Continuous drainage, no noise, compact and light weight design, convenient installation, to be installed in any angle.
4. Automatically removing air, no air locking, and adjusting the discharge temp.
Application:
Due to its energy saving, it is specially suitable for heat tracing pipe and the ideal steam trap in lower temperatures.
Main Basis for Type Selection of Adjustable Constant Temperature type steam trap :
1. Condensation water loading (discharge)kg/h (select the multiplying power 2~3 times).
2. Maximum working pressure Mpa
3. Operation pressure differential
4. Valve material and nominal pressure
5. Connection mode and dimension
Use and Maintenance:
1. Confirm the valve material, pressure and check if the maximum is suitable for operation condition.
2. Before installation, clean the pipeline and clear away sundries.
3. The installation position shall be closed to heating equipment as much as possible.
4. Install the minimum point of pipe horizontally and the direction of flow should be the same to the label of valve.
5. Install steam trap for each heating equipment in case cause influence each other.
6. under the safe operation of system, open the valve in front of the steam trap, make it rise up to normal station slowly.
7. Do regular maintenance for the normal working of steam trap.
