Uses and characteristics of WYA series circular vibrating screen for mining:
The circular trajectory of WYA type circular vibrating screen is mainly used for the classification work of dry materials in metallurgy, coal preparation, building materials, electric power and other industries. This series machine adopts the most advanced ring groove rivet, large clearance bearing oil lubrication vibrator, has simple structure, durable, low noise characteristics, convenient installation and maintenance etc.. Working principle and structure characteristics of WYA series circular vibrating screen for mining:
WYA series circular vibrating screen for mining is using ordinary motor drive vibrator, the screen body of periodic vibration exciting force along the direction of the material, a continuous circular motion on the screen, so as to achieve the purpose of screening.
WYA circular vibrating screen consists of vibration source, screen, screen body, a damping device and a bottom support plate, screen machine is made of high quality steel plate with side plates and beams, the exciter base with high strength bolts or ring groove rivet connection, reasonable structure, sturdy and durable.

Overview of WYA series circular vibrating screen for mining:
1.YA circular vibrating screen trajectory is round, the vibrating screen using an ordinary motor to drive the exciter, so that the screen body along the direction of exciting force for periodic reciprocating vibration, material on the screen surface for continuous circular motion, so as to achieve the purpose of screening.
2.YA circular vibrating screen is composed of vibration source, sieve body, sieve mesh, damping device and bottom bracket. Screen machine side plate made of high quality steel, side panels and beams, exciter base with high strength bolts or ring groove rivet connection, sturdy and durable.
3. Adopt eccentric shaft plus eccentric block exciter, high-performance gear transmission system, low stress damping spring, Super heavy duty large clearance bearing, thin oil lubrication and other advanced technology, has the advantages of high sieve frame structure strength and reasonable mechanical structure.
4.Exciter is installed on the screen box, and by the motor through v-belt drive, generate centrifugal force, forced sieve box vibrating.

Use and maintenance of WYA series circular vibrating screen for mining:
A .screen machine before the start, should check whether the fastening bolts loose, if loose should be tightened again.
B. the screening machine no-load running time is 4-6 hours, required sieve body smooth, no yaw and abnormal sound, the vibration of bearing temperature is less than or equal to 75oC.
C. idle running, should be a re tighten the screw bolt.
D. after normal operation, regularly check the fastening bolts.
E. often check the vulnerable parts, to be damaged or lost elasticity of the spring to be replaced in a timely manner. The screen occurred fracture or wear, should be timely to tighten or replacement. The source of adjustment, use and maintenance manual please refer to source. (vibration motor using 3 months after refueling time, exciter refueling once half a month, a year of repair, overhaul).
F. parking should be stopped before feeding, to be screened after the end of the material to stop.
