Winner sorting vibrating sieve widely used in coal process
Overview of Sorting sieve:
1.Sorting sieve is a WINNER Group patented product, specially designed for wet sticky raw coal. It is design combines round, oval, linear three trajectory advantages, improve productivity.
2.Sorting sieve of motion parameter design and mechanical structure design meet the large-scale sizing equipment and sieving rule of the wet and viscous materials, which is the ideal equipment for sizing the wet sticky coal.
3. Large amplitude, large vibration intensity and elastic sieve surface of the process parameters, can effectively solve the production process difficult to screen material screening problems.
Features:
1.Variable frequency and variable trajectory. The feed end of the sieve using circular motion is conducive to stratification, the middle of the sieve using elliptical motion is conducive to through the screen, using linear motion at the discharge end facilitates the delivery of the material, by using a variety of mode combinations to achieve the best screening effect.
2.Different mode selection of different sieve plate to achieve the best screening effect.
3.Elliptical motion: raw coal particles in the screen surface with the screen high-speed elliptical motion, rapid stratification, through the screen, forward. The contact time of raw coal and sieve surface is lengthened, which facilitates the rapid screening of raw coal particles. The transportation speed of raw coal particles is also 1.3 times higher than that of circular motion. Elliptical trajectory, amplitude adjustable, according to the actual material conditions to select the vibration trajectory, more advantages for difficult screening materials, the same screening area, oval shaker production can be increased 1.3-2 times.
4.Smaller power, at least energy consumption, is 2/3 of conventional sieve power.
5. Larger amplitude and processing capacity, amplitude 10-25 adjustable, the processing capacity is 2.5 times the conventional screen.
6. Sealing is good, no dust, low noise, only 80dB or so, good environmental protection.
7. Modular, standardized, easy to maintain.
8. Adopt multi section sieve surface structure design, sieve surface vibration and screen box does not participate in vibration, dynamic load smaller.
