MSFQ-Ⅱ Inclined Warning Unit for Workover Rig

1. General Description 

MSFQ-Ⅱ workover rig declination warning unit is an intelligent apparatus for real-time monitoring the derrick load of non-guyline workover rigs, when abnormal condition the derrick load is detected, the apparatus gives a warning signal for the driller’s attention.

By detecting the dynamic loads of four support points of the moveable post of the workover rig, the balance level of it platform is real-time monitored by using the apparatus when the bearing lead of front support points is less than a given valve, it gives a acousto-optic alarming, the possible back declination is prejudged. When the bearing load of 2 side support points is more than a given value, it gives an acousto-optic alarming; the possible side declination is pre-judged.

2. The Main functions

1) It is used for a real-time display of the bearing loads of 2 front and 2 side support points

2) When the bearing load of 2 front support points is less than a given value, possible back declination of the workover rig is judged and an acousto-optic warning is given.

3) When the baring load of 2 side support points is more than a given value, its possible side declination is judged and an acousto-optic warning is given.

4) A minimum load alarming values of 2 front support points can be manually adjusted in the fields.

5) A maximum load alarming value of the 2 side support points can manually adjust in the fields.
