During the drilling rig raising, the telescoping length of side hydro-cylinder from the driller side is different with that of driller, by which deformation is induced on the rig and rig floor base or even a safety accident. MSPK-1 drilling rig hoist and balance monitoring Unit can be used to effectively solve the problem.
MSPK monitoring Unit is made up of a main machine, a high precision double shaft dip angle transducer and an anti-explosion junction box, the dip angle transducer is placed on the crossbeam of the rig. During the operation, the rig declination is monitored by the dip angle transducer. After the tested data are received by the main machine, the declination is calculated and the hoisted balance is displayed for controlling the telescoping length of the hydro-cylinder.
