1. General Description
In SFJ-B depth and weight indicator, a chip microprocessor is used as a central controller. An intelligent transducer is used, which is made up of high precision and high performance transducer and high precision load transducer from Germany. The indicator is stable, high precision, high ability of interference resistance and easy operation. It is suitable for depth and load metering in different situations. It is an ideal auxiliary Unit for modern drilling rigs, workover rings and the other hoisting equipment.
2. Features
SFJ-B indicator is used to convert the velocity from the sheave into the pulse signal by using the sensor on the sheave, the load signal is converted into a standard electric signal by the load sensor on the sheave, and transferred to the main machine on the operating console through respective signal transmission line, the orientated pulse signal is turned into the displacement and velocity data for depth indication by using the micro-processor. The standard electric signal is turned into a digital signal and is displayed in real-time on the panel. At the same time the tested displacement, velocity and load data are compared with that of preset data, if they excess the alarming value, an acousto-optic alarming is given (sound alarming, red LED flashes on the panel). If these tested data are restored to normal condition. The acousto-optic alarming is released and returned to normal condition.
