The type of hook load protector is an electronic indication apparatus with stable structure; it is used for monitoring the pressure changes of the hydraulic pressure system of weight indicator.
A microprocessor is placed in the master computer (machine),the hook load sensor is placed on the hydraulic pressure pipeline, the current signal that is in proportion with the hydraulic pressure in the cylinder is transferred to the master computer, a simulating-digital converting circuit in the master computer (machine) is used to transmit the signal to the processor, where the hook load is computed with digital processing technique. The limit value of warning of the actual load is contrasted with that of presetting one for the purpose of hook over load protection.
