Product Description:
Camera Link is a standard interface used in industrial cameras. It consists of a number of serial links using differential signaling. Depending on the amount of data to be transferred, one or two cables can be used per camera.
Considering the placement of the camera relative to the host computer, what cable length is required to connect the camera to the frame grabber,Camera Link cables are available in lengths of 1, 2, 3, 5, 7and 10 meters. Custom lengths are available – contact us and ask for a quote. Short and Longer cables are available. shortest cable length at 10~15cm,and longer cable length at 10meters and more.
In the machine vision industry field, there are many visual system with internal links, and the connection distance is relatively short, so we introduced a super short cable, wire rod flexibility is particularly good. It is suitable for short connection and short distance data transmission in the system. The interface is secured by thumbscrews locking, and even if the device is moved or swung, the data line can be firmly secured to the device.
The connector end, we can use 26P MDR / SDR female connector according to the user's demand.
Electrical:
The electrical standard used by Camera Link is LVDS
CL cables: MDR connectors on both ends.
MCL cables: SDR and MDR connector.
MCLM cables: SDR connectors on both ends.
CL and PoCL :PoCL camera requires an PoCL Camera Link Cable
CL camera requires and CL Camera Link Cable and an external power supply.
Here the Ultra Flex Short Camera Link cable MDR to SDR 26pin 10~90cm is fully compatiable with 3M / CEI Camera Link cable.Use in Limited space high speed data transmisson.
One or Two Cables:If the Camera Link camera is base configuration, then only one cable is required. If the camera is Medium, Full, or Extended (DECA) configuration, then two cables are required.
