FP450 single colour stickers label flexo printing machine
This flexo printing press is fit for flexo printing of label paper, commercial forms; computer typing paper, film etc, the printing quality is high and cost effective for the plate. This flexo printing equipment use water based ink, it is green equipment so widely accepted by printing and packaging industry.
Features:
1. Use high precision ceramic anilox cylinder for ink transfer
2. Unwinding adopts magnetic brake and Mitsubishi tension controller
3. Rewinding adopts magnetic clutch and reliable tension controller
4. Printing unit 360° plate register adjustment
5. IR dryer for each printing unit
6. The anilox roller will be separated with plate roller and still keeping low speed running after machine stopped
7. Imported frequency inverter for speed control
8. With laminating unit and rotary die cutting unit
9. Optional parts: UV dryer, web guide, turn-bar, rotary die cutting station, video camera etc.
10. 320mm, 450mm, 620mm, 820mm width available, other size can be special made
