Brief information
- Bleaching silicone oil is high-grade soft silicone oil finishing agent with quaternary ammonium salt as new synthesis technology of three synthetic copolymer structure modified. At room temperature, in acidic and alkaline conditions are quite stable; when PH is less than 8, especially suitable for using in cylinder overflow machine, make the software process becomes more convenient, after dyeing, it doesn’t need to out of cylinder and use softener, thus saving time and electricity. Gives the fabric more soft, silky and bulky had feeling, and with excellent hydrophilicity while processing cotton fabric is 2-3 seconds.

-- Ionicity: Weak cationic
-- pH: 5.7-6.2
-- Solubility: Soluble in water
Properties and fields of application
-- Resistant to high temperature, mild alkali at normal temperature, strong electrolytes and shearing stable wihout silicone spots.
-- Natural soft, smooth and non-greasy hand feels.
-- Excellent hydrophilicity that exactly solves the conflict of hand feels, hydrophilicity and washing resistance.
-- Suitable for various process and euqipments with high flexibility.
-- Suitable for various fibres, such cotton, T/C, CVC, etc, especially best performance to cotton.
-- Excellent hydrophilicity that allows direct shade repair and avoids re-pollution during the rapair.
-- Better cost performance compared with softener flakes at same price, which achives performance combined softener flakes and hydrophilic silicone softeners.
Application
-- Padding: 20 – 50 g/L
Cure at 100degree and set at 150 – 180℃ for 50 seconds
-- Dipping: 2 – 5% (O.W.F)
Temperature & time: 25 – 50℃ × 20 – 30 min, dehydration → drying → sizing
-- Specific process should be adjusted by testing.
Packing and storage
-- Packing: 125 kg/polyethylene drum
-- Storage: Keep it cool and dry, 6 months in sealed container at room temperature.
