Brief information

--An organosilicon top grade smoothing and softening – agent can give excellent smoothing and softening effect and suit to mixture fabrics and natural fabric of cotton, fibra.

--Improve yarn breaking strength, elastic and crease-resist. Obviously enhance yarn weavability, resist washing and dry cleaning and have little influence on bright and color.

-- Organic silicone polymer emulsions

-- Appearance: milky white liquid

-- Ionicity: weakly cationic

-- pH:                    5-7.5

-- Solubility:               easily soluble in water

-- Stability: resisting acid, alkali and electrolytes

 Properties and fields of application

--Dilute with any times and get stable liquid without floating oil.

--Excellent smoothing, softening flexible hand feel and no yellowing change..

--Especially for knitted and cotton fabric dyeing, avoid bath with easy-care resin. Improve hand feel and tear strength.

Application

Suitable to yarn of cotton, fibre and polyester

Dipping:      1-5%(O.W.F)

Bath:         room temperature

Time:         20-30mins

Baking temperature :100℃ until fabrics had dried out.

Notice: Please test with different fabrics and equipment to get the best effect .Don’t use by mix and matching method .

Packing and storage

-- Packing: 125 kg/polyethylene drum

-- Storage: Avoid cold, sun exposure and other clutter ,6 months in sealed container at  room  temperature
