General properties
-- Appearance: white to light yellow granule
-- pH: 11.5 ± 1 (1% solution)
-- Solubility: easily soluble in water
Properties and fields of application
-- Brand new efficient pretreatment chemical, as a great revolution to traditional caustic process.
-- Prevents fibre excessive damage and reduces weight loss (3 – 5% less than traditional process).
-- Obviously improves whiteness, capillary effect and hydrophilicity, as well as dyeing ability and leveling.
-- Easily wash off and can reduce washing times with easy operation.
-- Provides an efficient way to an economic, green and short process solution.
Application
-- Pretreatment of woven cotton and its blends
Steaming process
Cotton T/C
HTzyme SMK: 20-40 g/L 10-15 g/L
H2O2 (100%): 12-18 g/L 5-12 g/L
Wax removing agent: 1-4 g/L 1-2 g/L
Procedure
Rinse grey fabrics → Pad with HTzyme SMK bath → Steam at 100 ± 2℃ × 60 – 70 min → Rinse
Cold batch process
Cotton T/C
NaOH: 10-20 g/L 5-10 g/L
HTzyme SMK: 20-40 g/L 10-15 g/L
H2O2 (100%): 12-18 g/L 5-12 g/L
Wetting agent: 1- 4 g/L 1-2 g/L
Procedure
Pad with HTzyme SMK → Batch over 24 hours (room temperature > 30℃) → hot rinse 2 to 4 times → Short steam with pad water → hot rinse → rinse → dry
Packing & Storage
-- Packing: 25 kg/bag
-- Storage: Keep it cool and dry, 6 months in sealed container at room temperature.
